Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about how this service works and about roofs in the Las Vegas Valley.

Get a Free Roof Inspection
Are you a roofing contractor?
No. This site is a free lead service that connects Las Vegas-area homeowners with independent local roofers. We don’t do roofing work ourselves. The roofer you’re matched with is responsible for the inspection, estimate, and any work you agree to.
How do I request a roof inspection or repair?
Fill out the short form on any page with your name, phone number, project type, and a brief description. Your request is passed along to a local roofer, who will contact you.
Is there a phone number or email I can use instead?
No. To keep things simple, requests are taken through the online form only. A local roofer will follow up using the phone number you provide.
Does it cost anything to submit a request?
No. Submitting the form is free and doesn’t obligate you to hire anyone. Requests are for a free inspection; confirm with the roofer that there’s no charge before they come out, and ask for a written estimate for any work.
How much does roof repair cost in Las Vegas?
It depends on the roof type, the problem, and access. National cost guides put most roof repairs between about $395 and $1,968 (Angi, 2026). These are typical national ranges, not quotes. See the roof repair cost guide for details by repair type.
What are the most common roof types in Las Vegas?
Concrete tile and asphalt shingle are the two most common roof types in the Las Vegas Valley. Flat and spray-foam roofs appear on some homes and many commercial buildings.
My tile roof looks fine. Can it still leak?
Yes. Concrete tile can last for decades, but the underlayment beneath it is what keeps water out, and in desert heat it may need attention after about 15–20 years. A “raise and reset” replaces the underlayment and reuses the existing tiles.
When is monsoon season in Las Vegas?
The National Weather Service defines monsoon season as June 15 to September 30, and in Las Vegas the moisture usually arrives in July and August. Getting your roof checked in early summer helps catch problems before storms hit.
How do I check a roofer’s license in Nevada?
The Nevada State Contractors Board lets you look up a contractor’s license on its website. It also recommends getting a written contract and not paying in cash.
Which areas do you cover?
Requests are accepted for Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, and nearby parts of the Las Vegas Valley.
What should I do if my roof is actively leaking?
Move belongings out of the way, catch the water, and take photos. Don’t climb onto a wet roof. Then submit the form and choose “Leak repair” so the roofer knows it’s urgent.
